For example, R7 denotes the cards that appear on the rares sheet 7 times
When it is good it is pretty unbeatable and not in a fun way (for one player..)
As an aside, I really like the consistency -- even if it's a bit repetitive -- of using 'Sarpadian Empires, Vol III' as a source quoted by many of these flavour texts
